Most Recent:

  • Delivered a positively received 90-minute Decision Making workshop in partnership with our Chief People Officer for 70+ global senior leaders (September 2022).

  • Surpassed target number of Enterprise/multi-location sales qualified leads by 350% for our largest event of the year (2019 International Franchise Association annual convention).

  • Launched business unit's first digital campaign and generated first inbound leads. Within four months, a deal closed that originated from our digital campaign, making it the shortest sales cycle in the history of the business channel.

  • During first 30 days in new position, grew number of positive new stories for the month to 120 versus the previous year’s 19. By the second year, I grew the story count for that month to 439.

  • Executed a multi-pronged media campaign for university announcement that resulted in more than 30 news articles, including top tier outlets such as Popular Science and USA Today. Four local TV stations spotlighted this in their newscasts, reaching an estimated audience of 125,000. Print versions were circulated to almost 400,000 readers. On social media alone, this announcement reached approximately 967,000 people (over 5 days). All told, the integrated communication efforts resulted in upwards of 1.5 million people learning about this accomplishment, a conservative estimate as this number does not include views of online news articles.
